Ruxandra Ispas was appointed Head of Packaging Procurement at Diageo in September 2011. She leads the Packaging strategic sourcing activities, as well as Procurement Innovation.
Ruxandra is responsible for securing packaging supply everywhere Diageo operates, ensuring quality along the supply chain, best in class productivity delivery and Innovation via technical and marketing connectivity, supplier partnerships and technologies
Prior to joining Diageo Ruxandra held various leadership positions with BPB France, Deloitte and Touche and DANONE Her responsibilities covered end-to-end supply chain and included Strategic Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing and building Partnerships for Innovation. Ruxandra has also led major transformation programs to increase organisational flexibility, improve efficiency and create conditions for growth.
Ruxandra has a broad experience of building high-performing global teams, multi-cultural and cross functional.
